Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Arizona is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Flexible/PRN) to deliver 1:1 outpatient therapy in an assisted living setting with access to on-site amenities and a focus on neuro rehabilitation.

The role offers a flexible PRN schedule about 2 days per week, paid per hour, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to drive functional outcomes for patients with neurological conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of one year’s experience as an OT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and educational resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
