Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Ogden, UT is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN/Flexible Neuro Rehab. Treat clients in real-life settings at home, in the community, and work environments to promote functional independence.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, regular re-evaluation, discharge planning, and collaboration with families and the care team. Requires OT degree, current license, CPR, and 1+ year of neuro rehab experience.
