Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Home & Community Program in Mount Vernon. You will deliver one-on-one therapy in clients' homes and everyday environments, address real-world functional goals, and support independence in daily routines and community participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license.
• CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s OT experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staff meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide recommendations for home safety and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
