You will lead the execution of sales plans, align EXFO solutions with customer needs, and collaborate with account teams and partners to grow revenue. The ideal candidate has telecom equipment/services sales experience, expertise in solution selling, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience selling telecom equipment/services into the telecom market.
• Advanced proficiency with solution selling.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel ~70% as required.

• Define and implement sales plans and strategies.
