Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales experience in capital equipment or industrial sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans for CAP equipment and aftermarket.
• Drive annual CAP and AFM budgets with Regional Sales Manager.
• Build customer relationships and manage CRM records.
• Lead technical sales presentations and negotiations.
• Coordinate with engineering, field service, and order execution teams.
• Travel 50-70% within the region.
• Represent ANDRITZ at regional trade shows and events.
