Job summary

Waters Corporation in the United States West region is seeking a US West Field Service Manager to lead a team of field service engineers, ensuring premier service for laboratories using Waters analytical instruments and software.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, drive customer satisfaction, and collaborate with Sales and Support to meet performance goals while maintaining compliance across the West region.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field with 5–6 years of field service experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead role responsible for training and developing technical field staff.
• Experience with thermal analysis or rheology instruments.
• Ability to travel up to 40% (US West preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Field Service Professionals delivering legendary service.
• Drive customer satisfaction and exceed annual goals for after-sales support.
• Ensure up-to-date product support and training is delivered to the Field Engineering Support team.
• Ensure compliance in all areas of Service Operations for service delivery and administration.
• Review service metrics with customers and promote Waters solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support and internal teams based in New Castle, DE to ensure field engineer and customer success.
