LONGHORN STAFFING SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee construction operations across the West Texas and Southeast New Mexico energy market. The role leads project and field teams to deliver safe, efficient, on-schedule outcomes in alignment with client expectations.

The ideal candidate has a proven operations leadership background in industrial construction or energy-related projects, with experience in oil & gas, pipeline, or facilities infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience overseeing field operations.
• Strong background in industrial construction or energy projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, crews, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational leadership for projects and field activities within the assigned geographic area.
• Oversee multiple projects from mobilization through completion.
• Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel.
• Monitor performance, schedules, manpower, productivity, and costs.
• Ensure staffing, resources, and safety standards meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and clients on strategic operational decisions.
