Job summary

LONGHORN STAFFING SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Houston, TX to oversee projects in Oil & Gas / Midstream, from scope through closeout. You will work with customers, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates read technical drawings, manage multiple projects, and use MS Office, MS Project, Navisworks, or AutoCAD. This is a full-time in-office role with occasional travel and a competitive compensation package

Qualifications

Experience managing industrial construction projects in Oil & Gas / Midstream
Comfortable reading technical drawings and specs
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders through the full lifecycle

Responsibilities

Interpret drawings and contract documents; raise RFIs as needed.
Manage scope, estimates, execution, change orders, and closeout.
Monitor milestones, status, schedules, costs, and changes.
Coordinate with customers, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Maintain communication with clients and suppliers.
Lead weekly production meetings and report status.
Support multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Report to COO.
Full-time in-office position in Houston, TX; occasional travel may be required.
