Alliance Technical Group seeks an Area Compliance Manager for West Texas to ensure sites comply with federal, state and local laws as well as Alliance standards. The role oversees budgets, staffing, and timelines across multiple sites in the region.

The position requires LDAR expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to conduct quarterly Health & Safety audits, while maintaining rigorous data integrity and reporting to stakeholders. Travel across West Texas is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in chemical or petroleum industry with LDAR field experience.
• Previous management experience with budgets, LDAR programs and field auditing.

Responsabilités

• Ensure assigned sites comply with regulations and budget.
• Interact with customer personnel and develop relationships to promote Alliance goals.
• Conduct quarterly Health & Safety audits at each site; participate in safety forums.
• Ensure policies and best practices are followed and address non-compliance.
• Prepare project reports and track status and profitability for management and customers.
• Track project costs and manage invoices in accordance with contracts.
• Assist with staffing and HR coordination for openings and hires.
• Maintain data integrity and assist audits and regulatory reviews.
