Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Thought Leader development within pharma/biotech.
• Advanced degree (OD/MD/PharmD/PhD/MBA) is a plus.
• Proven ability to build senior-level clinician relationships.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, KOL management, or strategic marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, segment, and prioritize thought leaders in OD/MD communities.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with high-influence clinicians.
• Coach speakers and align faculty capabilities with educational needs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales to ensure compliant execution.
• Support advisory boards, insights reports, and post-engagement readouts.
