Tenpoint Therapeutics is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison to partner with ophthalmologists and optometrists in education, insight generation, and peer-to-peer engagement. The role covers the West region and requires California residency with 60–70% travel.

You will shape the presbyopia ecosystem, collaborating with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align faculty capabilities with educational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Thought Leader development.
• Background in ophthalmology, optometry, refractive correction, or adjacent vision-care markets highly desirable.
• Strong scientific and clinical fluency enabling engagement with top-tier thought leaders.
• Enterprise-level business acumen and ability to connect insights to broader objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, segment, and prioritize thought leaders across OD and MD communities relevant to presbyopia.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with high-influence clinicians.
• Develop tailored engagement plans aligned to each thought leader’s influence.
• Serve as a consistent external presence at congresses, advisory boards, and trainings.
