Job summary

Tarkett Sports is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for West Texas to drive turf sector growth among golf courses, sports facilities, municipalities, and landscapers. You will develop strategic territory plans, manage key accounts, and expand market share while delivering tailored turf solutions.

In this role you’ll travel extensively (50-75%), build long-term relationships, and collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to meet customer needs and exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agronomy, Turfgrass Management, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory (50-75%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across turf-related markets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through consultative selling and account management.
• Generate accurate sales forecasts and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
