Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a West Regional Water Structural Lead in California to lead the design of water, wastewater, and stormwater structures, and to support related facilities on challenging projects. You will develop contract plans, prepare estimates and construction specifications, and provide field and office construction support, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the design of water and wastewater structures.
• California Professional Engineer (PE) License required
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required
• Proven track record of delivering quality work with strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design of water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance and treatment infrastructure and support buildings.
• Develop contract plans, prepare engineers' estimates, and construction specifications.
• Provide field and office construction support services.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with CBC, ACI, AISC, CMACN, and NDS design guidelines.
