Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Regional Field Visual Merchandising Manager to lead and execute visual merchandising strategies across retail and wholesale locations throughout North America. You will ensure brand presentation, drive commercial performance through visual storytelling, and partner closely with retail field leaders, store operations, and the Global Visual Experience team.

This role requires hands-on leadership of monthly floorsets, training for store leadership and Visual Leads,

Responsibilities

• Leading execution of visual direction including monthly floorsets, initiatives, tests, windows.
• Support during concepting and ideation of strategies and initiatives to improve efficiencies, communication processes and better serve the retail field teams.
• Lead VM calls with field communicating and problem solving monthly floorsets, mapping and VM initiatives.
• Prioritize top doors for floorset walkthroughs, leadership visits, and external visits.
• Conduct store visits and follow-ups, providing hands-on coaching and VM training for Store Leadership and Visual Leads.
