Responsibilities

• Lead and execute visual merchandising strategies across North America.
• Protect integrity of brand by maintaining compelling in-store visuals.
• Lead VM calls with field, map floorsets, and oversee monthly initiatives.
• Provide hands-on coaching and VM training for Store Leadership and Visual Leads.
• Collaborate with Global Visual Merchandising for seasonal directions and testing.
• Own layout planning for seasonal windows and store presentations.
• Manage Fixture & Replenishment Store Orders (FRSO) and floor plans for new openings.
