Kate Spade seeks a Regional Field Visual Merchandising Manager to lead VM strategies across North America retail and wholesale locations. You will ensure brand presentation, drive commercial performance through visual storytelling, and partner with field leaders, store operations, and the global team.

Responsibilities include monthly floorsets, VM training, store visits, photo reviews, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to align seasonal directions with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading VM strategy across retail and wholesale environments.
• Ability to partner with field leaders, store ops, and the global VM team.
• Demonstrated capability to coach and train field teams in visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly floorsets and VM initiatives for NA retail and wholesale.
• Conduct store visits, photo reviews, and feedback to ensure brand execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align seasonal directions with business priorities.
• Provide VM training seminars and coaching to field teams and leaders.
• Oversee VM standards across markets including NYC and travel retail.
