Job summary

OpenAI seeks a senior Transformation Lead to guide executives in the Americas West and advise senior customers at our Executive Briefing Center in San Francisco. You will lead workshops, design follow-on engagements, and drive business reinvention through AI-enabled change.

You will be based in San Francisco and meet customers across the US West region, coordinating with product teams and deployment leads to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive workshops where leaders try AI on their own work and redesign processes to realize concrete value.
• Represent OpenAI on stages and in leadership meetings; develop ideas from customer work and share them via talks and media contributions.
• Collaborate with Product, Applied AI Architects and Forward-Deployed Engineers to align customer needs with technical work and deployment plans.
• Build and manage the West team, set priorities, provide guidance, and coach for high performance.
• Work with regional peers to share approaches, helping customers develop governance for AI-enabled change.
