Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is scaling its strategy and transformation organization and looking for its next senior leader to drive AI transformation. Your work as a Strategy Lead will directly and visibly shape how our Finance organization uses AI to solve complex problems and drive business value, partnering with senior Finance leaders on transformation initiatives.

Based in California, this full‑time role collaborates across Finance, IT and business units, delivering end‑to‑end transformation

Qualifications

8+ years relevant work experience with top‑tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG or Bain).
MBA graduate from a top‑tier business school or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

Define AI transformation strategy and roadmaps with Finance and IT leaders.
Develop and present high‑quality recommendations for executive‑level consumption.
Prototype AI solutions hands‑on to rapidly test ideas before full build.
Partner with IT to productionize prototypes and define requirements.
Redesign workflows to be AI‑native and drive adoption across Finance.
Own end‑to‑end transformation portfolio including plans, milestones and risks.
Break down complex problems, develop hypotheses and deliver recommendations.
Drive organizational change and wear multiple hats to move the needle.
