Job summary

Amgen, a leading biotech company, is seeking a Regional Sales Director for UPLIZNA IgG4-RD in the West Region. You will lead the regional sales organization, translate brand strategy into execution, and drive results through a high-performing team.

You will develop District Managers, establish regional strategy, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Training, and HR to advance patient access and outcomes. A strong track record in biotech/pharma sales leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 4+ years account management, sales, marketing or commercial experience
• Master’s with 8+ years experience in the same areas
• Bachelor’s with 10+ years experience in the same areas
• At least 4 years of people management or leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional sales organization for UPLIZNA IgG4-RD in the West region.
• Translate brand strategy into focused execution with high-performing teams.
• Develop District Managers and field teams to execute with excellence.
• Establish regional strategy, priorities, and expectations.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Training, Commercial Operations, HR.
• Monitor performance data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain knowledge of IgG4-RD and UPLIZNA clinical profile.
• Represent Amgen at national congresses and conferences.
