Job summary

Upwind is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise - West, to lead and scale a high-performing sales team across the West region. You will drive strategic deals, build pipeline, and partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to accelerate growth in cloud security.

You will engage with C-level stakeholders in enterprise accounts, recruit top talent, and maintain rigorous forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading and scaling enterprise sales in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity.
Consistently exceeds regional or team revenue targets.
Strong background selling to enterprise in Cloud/Security/DevOps environments.
Experience recruiting and retaining top sales talent.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC and disciplined pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and scale an Enterprise Account Executive team across the West.
Develop and execute regional sales strategy to exceed targets and generate pipeline.
Coach AEs through all stages of the sales cycle to lift performance.
Engage in and help close strategic, high-value enterprise deals.
Establish relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Marketing, SE, CS, and Channel teams to drive growth.
Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and MEDDPICC adoption.
