NVA General Practice is seeking an experienced Field People Business Partner to serve field and hospital leaders regionally. The role drives workforce deployment, onboarding, coaching, and talent reviews while managing workplace relations and escalation in alignment with company standards.

The position requires 5+ years in HR/People roles, collaboration with operations, and a track record of cross-site program implementation. Travel 30–50% is expected within the West Region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including PBP or generalist roles.
• Experience partnering with operations leaders on staffing, performance, and engagement.
• Experience with talent reviews, succession planning, and change programs across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of employee relations practices, case intake, triage, and escalation.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with adherence to company standards.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary PBP to field/hospital leaders, translating business needs into People actions.
• Own workforce deployment and staffing alignment with Operations leaders.
• Deliver onboarding and connection models for new leaders and teams.
• Coach leaders on performance conversations with consistency and documentation.
• Execute talent reviews and succession planning with calibration and follow-through.
• Own workplace complaint intake, Tier 1 triage, and remediation, escalating as needed.
• Support engagement and culture activation at site and regional levels.
• Collaborate with People teams on rollout, adoption, and communications.
• Maintain accurate People documentation and surface regional themes.
