Job summary

Airgas Dry Ice seeks a Regional Operations Manager for the West Region responsible for strategic development, administration, and retention of branch leadership across multiple sites. You will oversee safety programs, P&L results, logistics, facilities, fleet readiness, and customer service while guiding HR and development initiatives.

The role requires state-of-the-art knowledge of regulatory standards, strong leadership, and the ability to travel regionally (~50%).

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of DOT, CSA, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to create and execute strategies to support company direction.
• Proven leadership to motivate multi-site teams.
• Experience with Last-Mile service, freight and logistics across North America.
• Strong communication with all levels of the organization.
• Independent, energetic, and integrity-driven.
• Proficient in Google/Microsoft suite and logistics software.
• Experience deploying training and development initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations, safety, P&L, efficiency, and fleet readiness.
• Oversee facilities, distribution, and customer service levels.
• Direct sales and HR programs within the region.
• Drive continuous improvement and policy adherence.
• Recruit, train, and develop associates across multiple sites.
