Job summary

Airgas Dry Ice in the West Region seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead distribution operations across multiple sites, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and manage P&L. You will oversee staffing, training, and performance with a focus on customer service and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coach managers while partnering with sales, HR, and operations to achieve regional targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional distribution operations and safety programs, driving EBITDA and service levels.
• Manage budgeting, fleet, inventory, routing and labor efficiency across multiple sites.
• Develop leaders, recruit, coach, and discipline staff per policy with timely records.
• Coordinate with sales, customers and plant management to meet regional goals.
