Job summary

Airgas Dry Ice is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the West Region to lead distribution and dry ice logistics across multiple sites, maintain safety and quality standards, and optimize operations. This role requires P&L ownership, fleet oversight, and strong cross-functional leadership.

You will drive continuous improvement, collaborate with teams, and travel regionally to manage operations and staff effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience across multiple sites and fleets.
• Strong safety culture knowledge (DOT/CSA/OSHA).
• Proven ability to develop and execute region-wide strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across a defined West region in distribution and dry ice logistics.
• Oversee safety programs, P&L, efficiency, facilities and fleet readiness.
• Direct customer service, quality control, sales and HR within the region.
• Travel regionally up to ~50% as required.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field
