Job summary

Airgas Dry Ice is the largest wholesale dry ice distributor to grocery stores in the United States, serving over 4,000 stores coast to coast. The Regional Operations Manager will direct strategy, safety, and profit-and-loss for a defined West region, including leadership of branch operations and engagement with programs across multiple sites.

You will drive efficiencies, fleet readiness, and customer service levels while managing a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Last-Mile service industry with multi-site leadership.
• Ability to develop and execute regional strategies to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations, safety programs, and P&L results.
• Oversee distribution, logistics, facilities, fleet, and customer service standards.
