Job summary

Allient Inc. is seeking a West Regional Territory Sales Manager in the Bellevue, WA area to drive revenue growth by guiding distributors and engaging customers across the Rockwell Automation ecosystem.

The role requires building strategic accounts, developing pipelines, and collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams while traveling ~30% of the time. A strong background in technical/industrial sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience in industrial or technical markets.
• Familiarity with the Rockwell Automation ecosystem.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Able to work independently in territory and account management.
• Experience conducting sales presentations and developing strategic account plans.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quota with revenue generation and closing through distributor network.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, OEMs, system integrators, end-users, and partners.
• Provide consultative sales approach leading to customer satisfaction with products and services.
• Demonstrate product benefits and influence design choices in system manufacturing.
• Develop pipeline, engage customers, and pursue opportunities within Bellevue and Rockwell ecosystem.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events to generate interest.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product management and other sales team members.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and sales forecasts.
