Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on growth in the West region.
• Identify market segments, geographic opportunities, and growth initiatives aligned with objectives.
• Translate corporate goals into measurable sales plans, targets, and business development initiatives.
• Lead strategic account planning and build long-term partnerships with architects, designers, contractors, and distributors.
