Job summary

A leading construction firm based in Arizona is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities. As a key leader, you will manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and at least 6 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, and/or 6+ years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience with line & grade, formwork systems, and large‑scale concrete projects.
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage remote project sites across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all on-site construction activities.
• Interpret contract drawings to guide field execution.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and enforce safety policies.
