Qualifications
10-20 years of experience with a general contracting company.
Open to traveling throughout the U.S.
Thorough understanding of construction materials, means, methods, and building systems.
Experience managing projects over $20MM.
Experience in federal sector projects, especially healthcare.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise day-to-day field operations.
Communicate and coordinate with project team members to maintain schedule.
Organize project work to assure compliance with contract documents.
Conduct on-site meetings and manage subcontractor relationships.
Ensure timely and safe project completion.
