Qualifications

• 10-20 years of experience with a general contracting company.
• Open to traveling throughout the U.S.
• Thorough understanding of construction materials, means, methods, and building systems.
• Experience managing projects over $20MM.
• Experience in federal sector projects, especially healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise day-to-day field operations.
• Communicate and coordinate with project team members to maintain schedule.
• Organize project work to assure compliance with contract documents.
• Conduct on-site meetings and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure timely and safe project completion.
