Qualifications

Strong knowledge of safety regulations, crane operations, and rigging requirements.
Proficient with technology including iPads, laptops, and scheduling software.
Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S.
Strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
Lead and direct on-site construction activities and supervise crews.
Interpret contract drawings and oversee critical construction activities.
Champion the Accident Prevention and Safety Program.
Mentor field employees and develop Assistant Superintendents.
Own the quality assurance process from inspections to completion.
Manage project schedules and resources using ERP systems.
Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
