Job summary

A leading construction firm in Phoenix is looking for a Superintendent III to manage complex construction projects. This role requires overseeing the entire project lifecycle to ensure it meets specifications, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field and at least 15 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential, along with expertise in Lean planning and construction supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of fifteen years of experience in construction management.
• Team-oriented individual capable of managing others.
• Experience in managing mid to large-sized construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage project construction activities to meet specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise craft superintendents and contractors.
• Oversee discipline-specific scopes of work ranging from $2 MM to $10 MM.
