Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, and/or 6+ years construction experience.
• Experience with line & grade, formwork systems, and large-scale concrete projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, crane operations, and rigging requirements.
• Proficient with technology including iPads, laptops, scheduling software, and ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel and manage remote project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities, supervising crews and subcontractors.
• Interpret drawings and oversee concrete placement and testing.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections, enforcing all policies.
• Mentor and develop field employees through hands-on training.
• Manage project schedules and documentation using software.
