Dewberry is seeking a West Operating Unit Manager to lead the strategic growth, operational performance, and profitability of its Western Region, with five offices in California and Colorado and about $50 million in annual revenue.

The role requires a visionary leader with a strong engineering background, significant P&L accountability, and a track record of growing engineering and consulting businesses across public-sector markets such as Transportation, Water/Wastewater, and Site-Civil/Land

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PE license required.
20+ years of engineering consulting experience serving public-sector clients.
10+ years of leadership experience managing diverse, multi-office engineering operations with P&L accountability.
Strong relationships with California and Colorado public agencies and private consultants in Water/Wastewater, Water Resources, Civil/Site/Utilities Infrastructure and Transportation.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall growth strategy and business performance of Dewberry's Western Region.
Provide executive oversight for five regional offices and ensure financial performance.
Develop and mentor high-performing leaders across dispersed offices.
Position Dewberry as a trusted partner across Western markets and expand client relationships.
