Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Dam and Hydropower Practice Leader to join our West Central team and lead regional delivery of dams, hydropower, and water supply projects across the Western United States.

You'll mentor multidisciplinary teams, manage complex programs, and strengthen client relationships with federal agencies, public utilities, irrigation districts, and regional partners, advancing environmental stewardship and resilience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record leading technical work and/or design management for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across water projects.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics and reservoir facility design and planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and lead experts across dams, hydropower, and water storage projects.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams through complex, high-visibility programs.
• Engage stakeholders and strengthen client relationships with regional agencies and utilities.
