Jacobs, a leading global engineering firm, seeks a Senior Dam and Hydropower Practice Leader to guide regional dam, hydropower, and water supply projects across the Western United States. The role centers on mentoring multidisciplinary teams, engaging clients, and shaping project strategies to balance technical excellence with environmental stewardship.

Based in the West Central region with a hybrid work policy, you’ll collaborate with engineers, regulators, and communities to deliver

Qualifications

• Lead technical work and design management on multidisciplinary dam projects.
• Experience in dam, off-channel reservoir planning, hydropower, and fisheries engineering as PM or lead.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
• Licensed PE in Western US or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Mentor teams across engineering and planning disciplines.
• Support business development and client engagement.
• Lead delivery of dams, hydropower, and water supply projects.
