Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a VP of Sales, HRC West to drive growth, coach a team of Business Development Executives, and lead strategic sales initiatives across HR consulting services. You will align with cross-functional partners to win new business and elevate client outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in HR consulting sales, strong leadership, and a track record of achieving revenue targets. A collaborative, growth-minded leader will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR services sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of outsourced/fractional HR, workforce planning, HR technology.
• Ability to partner across benefits, financial services, P&C, and PEO.

Responsibilities

• Own annual growth targets for the HRC practice in the West region.
• Coach and mentor BDEs, model consultative selling, and drive pipeline growth.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and outcomes.
• Represent OneDigital at events and in industry forums to build brand.
