Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee West Region craft resources and field leadership teams, ensuring staffing, safety, and quality across multiple large-scale projects. You will act as the technical authority on contract documents and drive planning, budgeting, and look-ahead scheduling to meet owner expectations and deadlines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, 15+ years of superintendent experience on multi‑million-dollar builds,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of superintendent experience on industrial structural steel erection, power plant, and heavy lift projects valued at $50M+.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects.
• Thorough knowledge of building, life-safety, and construction codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling methodologies, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for West Region craft resources and field leadership teams.
• Ensure projects are staffed, resourced, and executed across multiple locations.
• Ensure execution in accordance with contract terms, scope, and requirements.
• Serve as the technical authority on contract documents and drawings.
• Lead project planning and controls including budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners to resolve challenges.
