Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Superintendent to lead West Region craft resources, manage field leadership teams, and ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with safety and quality standards.

You will act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, project teams, and field operations on multiple locations, driving complex construction programs with integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of superintendent experience on heavy industrial projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with contracts, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Ability to review drawings and specifications to ensure project execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for West Region craft and supervisory resources and mentor field leaders.
• Manage project execution in line with contract terms, scope, and owner expectations.
• Serve as technical authority on drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs.
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and schedule management.
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence.
