Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Superintendent to lead West Region craft and supervisory teams on large, multi-location industrial projects. You will drive staffing, safety, budget control, and schedule adherence while aligning with project managers and clients to ensure quality outcomes.

This role requires a minimum 15 years in supervision of heavy industrial construction, a strong command of codes and standards, and a track record delivering projects over $50 million.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years as a superintendent on heavy industrial projects.
• Projects valued at $50M+ with data centers, healthcare, or industrial facilities.
• Thorough knowledge of building, life-safety codes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee West Region craft and supervisory resources; mentor field teams.
• Manage project execution per contract terms, scope, and specs.
• Serve as technical authority on drawings, submittals, RFIs and constructability.
• Lead planning and controls: budgeting, forecasting, staffing, procurement, schedule.
