Job summary

Loenbro West is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to direct project superintendents and foremen, ensuring profitable, safe, timely and quality project execution.

This role will assist the Industrial Construction Management team in coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly activities. Responsibilities include overseeing recruiting and management of diverse craft workers, supporting bid and cost reviews, verifying finished work conformance, and ensuring safety and environmental requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in industrial construction projects.
• 5+ years as a foreman and 5+ years as a superintendent.
• OSHA or equivalent safety training completed.
• Experience with large crews (≥250 craft employees) and multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, dispatching and management of craft employees.
• Support bid reviews, constructability reviews, and cost analysis.
• Verify conformance of finished work product.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordinate resources with Project Manager and Loenbro teams for timely completion.
• Teach schedul ing methods to ensure proper labor and material planning.
