Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Regional Business Director, Dermatology to support the West region, including CA, WA, OR, ID, CO, NV, AZ. The role is field-based, with regional scope, and preference for proximity to major metros in the West.

You will lead a diverse team in Immunology, develop and coach District Managers and Sales Specialists, and drive a strategic, compliant business plan to grow product sales while meeting customer needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in commercial roles (Sales/Marketing/Analytics).
• Direct people management experience.
• Ability to lead and coach diverse teams.
• Strong commercial capabilities and track record of results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maximize sales opportunities for Immunology products.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Brand, and Field partners to align resources.
• Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned with brand strategies.
