Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology to support the West region. The role is field-based with regional scope, requiring proximity to major cities and interaction with cross-disciplinary stakeholders.

You will lead District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists, drive aligned business plans, and ensure compliant sales growth across Immunology and Dermatology channels. The position emphasizes leadership and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of related experience with cross-functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development)
• Prior direct people management / leadership experience
• Ability to lead, develop, coach and engage high performing, diverse teams
• Demonstrated commercial capabilities and success in prior commercial roles

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists across Dermatology and Institutional accounts.
• Develop and execute an aligned business plan to deliver product sales growth and objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Brand, Strategic Customer Group, Field Sales Partners and analytics teams to optimize access and relationships.
• Coach and retain a high-performing team, building competencies and leadership imperatives.
• Set account goals, monitor metrics, and oversee business performance with adherence to the J&J Credo and guidelines.
