Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology to lead the West region including CA, WA, OR, ID, CO, NV, AZ. This field-based leadership role manages District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive compliant sales growth.

Qualifications

Seven years of related experience with a minimum of five years in cross-functional commercial roles
Prior direct people management / leadership experience
Ability to lead, develop, coach and engage high performing, diverse teams
Demonstrated commercial capabilities and success in prior commercial roles

Responsibilities

Lead a team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists to maximize sales opportunities
Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned to Immunology strategies and brand goals
Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to improve access and relationships
Coach and retain a diverse team with deep Immunology knowledge
Guide alignment and adherence to the J&J Credo and HCC guidelines
Set account goals and oversee metrics and business performance
