Qualifications

10+ years broadband development experience, including leadership experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado preferred.
Proficient in GIS and comfortable with broadband tools.
Design experience in fiber to the home and long-haul/hyperscaler market sectors.

Responsibilities

Drive business development and lead technical delivery of fiber projects.
Lead and grow a high-performing fiber/broadband engineering team.
Partner with senior leadership to define regional strategy and growth initiatives.
Own regional P&L including budgeting, forecasting, and billing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships as trusted advisor.
Oversee project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery at high quality.
Provide staffing leadership, hiring, onboarding, and team development.
Lead project scoping, contract development, and resource planning.
Represent HR Green through industry engagement and professional organizations.
Identify market trends with leadership to position the firm for growth.
