Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a Bridge Practice Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Bridge practice across the West Region. The role reports to the Bridge National Practice Lead and will play a key part in technical excellence, staff development, financial performance, and strategic growth.

Responsibilities include mentoring regional staff, managing utilization and backlog, and collaborating with offices to promote cross-discipline success.

Competenze

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in structural engineering leadership or practice management.
• PE license required; SE license preferred.
• Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses to support regional growth.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.

Mansioni

• Mentor and oversee structures leads and project managers in the West Region.
• Manage utilization, backlog, and financial performance.
• Support sales goals and business development strategies for the regional structures practice.
