Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects in Phoenix is seeking a full-time Structural Practice Lead P.E. to lead the structural design of building projects and mentor junior staff.

You will extract information from CAD/REVIT and develop drawings, specifications, and procurement-ready materials. The role requires 10+ years of structural design experience, a civil/structural engineering degree, and PE licensure with the ability to obtain additional state licenses within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design of small to medium-sized projects and mentor entry-level staff in creating construction drawings.
• Perform complex engineering tasks, including planning, analysis, and design calculations for building structures.
• Coordinate with engineers from multiple disciplines and communicate effectively with clients and senior staff.
