Job summary

DEMA Engineering Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Agriculture to drive growth across the Western United States and Western Canada. This remote/field-based role requires building relationships with growers, dairies, greenhouses, distributors and OEMs while collaborating with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions for real-world applications.

You will own the territory, manage new and existing accounts, deliver product demonstrations, and train customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales with proven targets.
• Experience growing a geographic territory.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to customers with varying knowledge levels.
• Remote, field-based territory management with self-direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM and ERP/MRP experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~50% including overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales across the Western U.S. and Western Canada; expand existing accounts and develop new business.
• Build relationships with growers, dairies, greenhouses, distributors, cooperatives and OEMs.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations and training at farms and facilities.
• Understand applications and recommend DEMA's dosing, dispensing and fluid-control solutions.
• Maintain forecasts, pipelines, and CRM records; monitor market activity.
• Represent DEMA at trade shows and industry events as appropriate.
