DEMA Engineering Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Agriculture to drive growth across the Western United States and Western Canada from a remote, field-based home office. You will manage existing accounts, develop new business, and serve as a trusted technical resource for growers, dairies, greenhouses, and distributors.

This role requires 5+ years of B2B sales, strong consultative selling, the ability to explain technical concepts, and about 50% travel.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Experience managing and growing a geographic territory.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly.
• Strong organization and time-management for remote, field-based territory.
• Willingness to travel approx. 50% of working weeks; valid driver’s license; passport for Canada travel.

Aufgaben

• Own sales growth across the Western U.S. and Western Canada, expanding existing accounts and developing new business.
• Build relationships with growers, dairies, greenhouses, irrigation businesses, distributors, and OEMs.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations and training at multiple sites.
• Understand customer applications and recommend DEMA's dosing, dispensing and fluid-control solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records; monitor market activity.
• Represent DEMA at trade shows and industry events; collaborate with engineering/product teams.
