Qualifications

• 10+ years of NDT experience.
• 5+ years of advanced services and pipeline integrity experience.
• Level II UT/MT/PAUT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable advanced and pipeline integrity services for clients.
• Develop business development strategies to drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients in the western region.
• Provide technical guidance on advanced NDT methods and pipeline integrity.
• Monitor KPIs to track progress against objectives and growth.
• Recruit and retain top talent to ensure department success.
• Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Engage with regulators and industry bodies to promote services.
• Perform site walks and field visits as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
