McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 10 healthcare leader, seeks a Post-Acute Field Sales Account Manager to cover Arizona. You’ll drive new business, expand partnerships, and deliver consultative solutions across Extended Care customers.

You’ll travel roughly 75% of the time, reside in West Phoenix or nearby cities, and leverage a strong sales background to build a thriving book of business in Arizona’s Extended Care market.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of field sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% of the territory.
• Experience in Extended Care, Post-Acute, or healthcare markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Post-Acute Care customers across Arizona.
• Identify, prospect, and win new business opportunities.
• Re-engage former customers and pursue opportunities to regain business.
• Build trusted relationships with customer leaders and key decision-makers.
• Conduct business reviews and deliver consultative sales presentations.
• Recommend McKesson products, services, and solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Support customer onboarding, product conversions, and sales initiatives.
• Identify customer satisfaction gaps and implement solutions.
• Partner with leadership to advance strategic opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of competitive activity and market trends.
